ST5524 Introduction

Since every computer has limited hard drive slots, what will happen if you are running out of storage space but at the same time your system is out of physical drive slots for adding more drives? The UNESTECH HDD / SSD mobile rack is your answer.

For computer cases that has limited 5.25” drive bay available, Unestech ST5524 creates flexibility for users who wish to install multiple 2.5” drives within an optical disk drive bay of their computer case.

Tool-less Installation

The ST5524 sata mobile rack supports up to 2 x 2.5” HDDs or SSDs from 7mm to 9.5mm in drive height,which offer tool-less drive installation, and provide the ability for swapping the drives without removing the entire ST5524 rack enclosure.

Beautifully Crafted Design

Our ST5524 is the open frame metal rack chassis with SPCC material bracket, and come with a well finished aluminum alloy door group that blends in to most system for a clean look and provides excellent durability.

Security Protects

The key-lock design adds a layer of physical security to your data, protects against accidental drive ejection, protecting against data loss that can happen if a drive is ejected during an active transfer.

To know when your drive is powered on or in use, the hdd mobile rack consists of a power and HDD activity LED, which indicate distinct operations that are going on inside the unit.
