For increased reliability, we use the door group mechanism with aluminum-alloy to create a strong product that’s built to last, and can take a beating and withstand harsh conditions. The mobile rack is designed to meet the military standards Shock and Vibration.
The ST5211 2.5” SATA drive enclosure is equipped with a triangular key lock that locks the drive into the enclosure to minimize the drive vibration and prevent accidental drive tray ejection.
Setup is incredibly simple, just insert this unit into a device, secure the unit in with screws, plug a 15pin power cable + 7 pin SATA cable, and you’re good to go. (Locking latch support for both 7pin SATA and 15pin power connector)
